Testimonials from the previous course :

I liked the relaxed and safe environment that the course leaders created for the participants to work in and the multi-faceted approach to tackling public speaking – from physically and mentally grounding oneself prior to actual speaking, through to the ways in which delivery of the speech can be improved (voice projection, tone and pitch).

I found the course to be fun (not expected !) friendly , relaxed, and non-competitive. It was a great group of people and the course content was most interesting and informative.   It has given me the confidence to do more public speaking

Mike, Bristol

Let me start by asking you a few questions:

• Would you like to attract someone special into your life?

• Would you like to learn to flirt more effectively?

• Do you feel the sparkle has gone out of your life and would you like to recreate it?

• Would you like to feel more confident speaking in public?
If you have answered yes to any of these questions you have come to the right place.

Flirt with Life can help you to discover your true inner self and to live your life more in line with your values so you become more confident, radiant and attractive.

What’s it all about?

Flirt with Life is based upon the assumption that to attract the right person into our lives we need to be in a good place ourselves. So rather than looking for people to ‘fill us up’ if we ‘fill ourselves up’ by having as fulfilling a life as possible then we can become a magnet and other people will be naturally attracted to us. When this happens flirting often comes naturally.

At Flirt with Life I provide an individually tailored coaching programme that works with on a number of levels, using a combination of techniques which include neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and drama.

I am based in Bristol and offer either block bookings or single sessions, depending on your requirements. I offer life coaching, flirt coaching and public speaking coaching separately or combined together as part of your bespoke package.

What happens next?

Whether you want to:

• Develop compelling goals to create the future you want

• Increase your confidence

• Improve your public speaking skills

• Enhance your flirting skills

• . . . or a combination of the above.

About Me

I’m Julia and I am passionate about helping people explore their passions and achieve their dreams. I believe coaching can be a powerful tool for assisting in the process of change – and have regular sessions with a coach myself. I am also committed to helping people find their voice and connect with others in a natural way, either in a professional or personal context.

One of the things that make me different from other life coaches is that I love drama and like to incorporate it into my work when appropriate. We can explore how your belief systems affect your body language and behaviour and vice versa. So you can ‘try on’ new beliefs to affect the changes you want to make in your life.

Also, where necessary you can change your physicality, which can change your physiology, which can change how you feel. For example, you can play with different walks to find one that makes you feel the most confident.

Working from the Pierian Centre, a tranquil space in the heart of Bristol, I can offer either block bookings, or single sessions depending on your requirements.
